Jennifer Arsenault


Jennifer Arsenault is the Founder and Managing Broker of Flotilla and has been in the Oklahoma City Real Estate Industry since 1998, where she began as a leasing agent one summer when not in school. By the end of summer, she was offered a promotion that included a free 1-bedroom apartment with pink carpet. Like most 19-year-olds, moving out of her childhood home seemed like a dream come true!By age 24, Jennifer was working with a well-reputed management company as its sales manager. She directed all advertising, marketing, and promotions for 23 apartment communities (5,104 units); monitored all sales reports; conducted market surveys; compiled occupancy statistics and closing ratios for 60+ staff members; assisted in the acquisition of new properties from due diligence to new vendor set up; supported in the development of office and property remodel plans and oversaw staffing and training. She later worked with over 300 investors who purchased a large portfolio of new construction to be held and managed in Oklahoma City. After 10 years, she stepped out of her final roles in property management to use her real estate license in retail residential by joining Keller Williams Realty Elite in early 2007 as a sales associate.Eight years later, in January of 2015, Jennifer stepped in as the Managing Broker and Team Leader of Keller Williams Elite. The brokerage reputation soared within a year. The environment was buzzing with sales associates who, together during her tenure, closed more than 20,000 transactions and $4 Billion in closed volume in Oklahoma City. Jennifer coached her agents in leadership, business practice, negotiations, pricing, financials, and growth. She hired, trained, and led the ten-person Executive Leadership Team, elevating their already high standards of professionalism and performance to being 1st place in market share in OKC and 16th place nationally in the KW franchise system. Real Trends recognized Jennifer in 2020 as one of twelve Game Changers in the industry.In 2021, Jennifer launched Flotilla. Passion for the industry and the desire to operate at the highest level of integrity in experience for both the clients served and the real estate professional was the catalyst for this favorable endeavor.  Flotilla is flourishing and empowering like-minded professionals to do the same.

Krystal Ryder


Krystal Ryder is the Director of Operations at Flotilla. She is originally from the small town of Fletcher, OK where she met her husband, Colby, in 2002. They moved to Yukon in 2006 where he started his career in real estate with the Hart Home Selling Team. Krystal at that time had worked 3.5 years in the banking industry where she developed her work ethic, ability to create great relationships with customers, and lead-by-example management style.In 2011, she decided to start fresh and began working as Executive Assistant to the President at an equipment manufacturer in north Oklahoma City for 10 years. Krystal was a key liaison between the President and associates at a national and international level. She learned a lot about business practices in general during her employment from operations, purchasing, accounting, HR, production, inventory management, sales, and engineering processes.Currently, Krystal and her husband have multiple rental properties and continue to build their portfolio. They are diehard Thunder fans and have had season tickets since the beginning.Colby has only missed five games since 2008 and one of their bucket list items is to watch the Thunder play an away game at every single arena in the NBA! They enjoy traveling as a family, discovering fun things to do in Oklahoma, and watching all the 80’s and 90’s movies together! Krystal enjoys photography, creative writing, and drawing in her downtime and has written two children's books with plans to do more in the distant future.“I'm excited to draw from my experiences in my career and start my own real estate journey with Flotilla. Wes Kennedy


Wes has been working with computers since he was a kid in the 80s. In high school during the late 90s, he taught himself Adobe Photoshop, and even launched a fan website for his favorite band that attracted their publicist's attention. He has worked various technology jobs post-college, including graphic design for a local printing company. While working his graphic design job, he also taught Latin to high school students at an Oklahoma City charter school.In 2012, Wes joined the Keller Williams Realty Elite staff as their Director of Technology. He was in charge of a large, central office in NW OKC, a branch location in Yukon, and supporting over 300 real estate agents' technology as far as Lawton and Woodward, OK. During his time there, he trained agents on various real estate CRMs & marketing strategies, managed the office technology installation for the launch of a newly-built branch office, maintained office technology to keep a productive environment for agents & staff, and developed systems to help the office run more effectively.In 2015, when Jennifer Arsenault was promoted from agent to KW Elite's Team Leader, Wes and Jennifer worked more closely together where they both developed a respect for each other's leadership abilities. Together with their Leadership Team, they took their brokerage to be the #1 real estate brokerage in Oklahoma City, and won multiple regional awards during that time.When Jennifer launched Flotilla in late 2020, Wes stayed for another year at KW Elite, then joined Jennifer at Flotilla in October 2021 hoping to rekindle the success they saw working together, and take Flotilla even farther. He manages all Flotilla office & agent technology including CRM, websites, print marketing, social media, and video editing & production. For Flotilla's brokerage clients, he offers training on their technology, graphic design services, support for their office systems, and can develop any technology systems that brokerages need to run more efficiently & effectively.Wes believes that technology should be easy to use and have flawless functionality, otherwise, you risk losing the good will and cooperation of your target audience. When it comes to real estate agents, he believes they are best served when they interact with their technology as little as possible, allowing them to be face to face with their clients.Together, this means that Wes is meticulous in what he designs & creates, and looks for technology that allows him to manage as much as possible for his agents so they don't have to.
